Objective
The objective is to describe the procedures for the installation of the monitoring agent on environments Novell, with the objective of monitoring with the OpMon.
Target audience
It is intended for OpMon administrators and IT teams that are already familiarized with the installation of Novell applications, among other distributions and with the OpMon configuration.

1) Installation procedure
a) Login as admin on the target server.
b) Copy the file opmon-novell-1.4b.tar.gz to target server.
c) Unzip the file opmon-novell-1.4b.tar.gz on a temporary folder.
d) From the created directory, copy the file mrtgext.nlm to the directory SYS:SYSTEM.
2) Procedure client for startup
a) Edit the file AUTOEXEC.NCF and add a new line with the parameter LOAD MRTGEXT.
