Solution to common erros: “Error: failure to receive passive checks”

The possible solution for this problem maybe the a failure in the authentication executed by the OpCEM to send passive checks. In this case, please edit the file “C:Program Files (x86)OpCEMResourcesetcnsca.cfg” and modify the following lines, according with the configurations in the NSCA server:

• password= <password>
• encryption_method= <cryptography method number>

*The cryptography method number is available in the same config file “C:Program Files (x86)OpCEMResourcesetcnsca.cfg”.
