Yes ! Since OpCEM was developed with end-user in mind, we choose to start it with Windows as a preferred client platform. OpCEM runs today only on Windows-like operating systems, but we are planning to make it available for other platforms.
Keep in mind that your robot can check any application running on any platform, it MUST be accessible from a Windows workstation.
