Objective
Describe how to enable/disable notifications for all Services from a specific Host.
Target audience
Administrators and users who need enable/disable notifications for all Services from a specific host on OpMon.
Requirements
The option to enable or disable notifications can just be executed by users that have permission to execute commands on OpMon.
About Notifications
The notifications are sent when occour changes of state on hosts or services, this notifications can be sent through email, mobile, among others.
Enabling notifications for all Services from a specific Host
Follow orientations below to enable notifications for all Services from a specific Host.
a) Select the hosts that contain the services that you want enable notifications, according example shown below:
b) In this area select the tab “Commands” and after this click on “Enable notifications for all Services” according to example shown below:
c) You will see a message asking if you also want apply this action to the Host.
Disabling notifications for all Services from a specific Host
a) Select the hosts that contain the services that you want enable notifications, according example shown below
b) In this area select the tab “Commands” and after this click on “Disable notifications for all Services” according to example shown below:
c) You will see a message asking if you also want apply this action to the Host.
d) You can identify the items that have notifications desabled through icon informative, according to example show below:
e) Note that you can pointing mouse on the icon to see more information about it.
